Designer Profile

Kristin Wistar is the owner and principal designer of Wistar Designs, which has served the tri-state area and beyond since 1990. She graduated with a BS in Interior Design from the University of Delaware. During her college career, she studied design and architecture abroad in France and Italy and interned with a prominent interior design firm in Wilmington, Delaware, which lead to a full time position upon graduation. She also participated in two Opera Delaware Designer Showcase Homes and is an ASID Allied Member.

Kristin is studying Feng Shui and will soon be incorporating its philosophy into her practice. In addition, she has recently been certified in Qigong, a practice which promotes balance and harmony of one's energy to achieve mental, physical and spiritual growth.
